Embroidery is priced based on stitch count and quantity:
- Digitizing Fee: One-time setup of $30–$75 depending on design complexity
- Per-Piece Cost: Starts around $5–$8 for simple logos under 5,000 stitches
- Volume Discounts: 10% off at 48+ pieces, 15% at 144+ pieces
Screen Printing Pricing
Screen printing includes setup plus per-piece printing costs:
- Screen Setup: $25–$35 per color (one-time per order)
- Printing: $2–$6 per piece depending on colors and quantity
- Best Value: Orders of 144+ pieces for lowest per-unit cost
Sublimation Pricing
- No color limits or setup fees for full-color prints
- Per-piece pricing based on print size and garment
- Ideal for smaller runs with complex, colorful designs
Garment Costs
Blank garment prices vary by brand and style:
- Economy T-Shirts: $3–$6
- Premium T-Shirts: $8–$15
- Polo Shirts: $12–$25
- Hoodies: $18–$35
- Hats: $8–$18
