What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by decoration method. Screen printing typically requires 24+ pieces, embroidery 12+ pieces, and sublimation can start at 6 pieces for some items.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 7-10 business days after artwork approval. Rush options are available for faster turnaround.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for best results. High-resolution PNG or JPG files (300 DPI minimum) also work for most applications.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, blank samples are available for a small fee (often credited to your order). Printed samples can be arranged for larger orders.
What decoration methods do you offer?
We offer embroidery, screen printing, dye sublimation, heat transfer, and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing depending on the product and design.
Design & Production
Can you match my brand colors?
Absolutely! We use Pantone color matching for screen printing and have extensive thread libraries for embroidery to match your brand standards.
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily serve the United States. Contact us for international shipping inquiries and we will provide a custom quote.
What if I receive defective items?
We stand behind our work. If you receive defective items, contact us within 7 days and we will replace them or issue a refund.
