Ordering custom branded apparel is simple. Browse products, submit your artwork, approve your proof, and we handle the rest. Our team guides you through every step to ensure your order looks exactly how you envision.
Step 1: Browse & Select Products
Explore our catalog of 12,000+ products from trusted brands like SanMar, SS Activewear, and more. Filter by category, brand, or use search to find exactly what you need.
Step 2: Request a Quote
Select your products and quantities, then request a quote. Include your:
- Preferred decoration method (embroidery, screen printing, sublimation)
- Logo or artwork file
- Sizes and quantities per size
- Deadline or event date
Step 3: Artwork & Proof Approval
Our design team will:
- Review your artwork for print/embroidery readiness
- Digitize for embroidery or prepare screens for printing
- Send you a digital proof mockup for approval
Artwork Tips: Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) produce the best results. High-resolution PNG/JPG files (300 DPI+) also work.
Step 4: Production
Once you approve the proof and complete payment:
- Your order enters our production queue
- Standard production: 7–10 business days
- Each piece is quality-checked before shipping
Step 5: Shipping & Delivery
Your order ships via UPS or FedEx with tracking. Transit time depends on your location:
- Ground: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
- Overnight: Next business day
